Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the terms below. Each terms can be discussed with the designer (me) and the client if there are any questions or if there's any confusions at all

Process

• Payments, either in full or 50% upfront, must be provided before I am able to begin the project/commission. Payments will be made through PayPal Invoice.• The client will provide me a general idea of how they would want the project/commission to look, such as the style, theme, colors, etc. (highly recommend)• Throughout the project/commission, I will keep the client informed of progress that has been made and provide revisions as needed to ensure client satisfaction.• Final deliverables will be shown to the client upon completion and agreed upon before sending over the project files. The project files will then be sent over through either email or Google Drive.

Payment

• Any project under $100 must be paid upfront before I can begin the project/commission.
Any projects above $100+ can be paid at least 50% upfront before I can begin the commission, with the remaining 50% due once the project/commission has been completed.

General Idea

• To ensure that I understand the client's expectations and can work towards fulfilling them, it is highly recommended that the client provides a general idea of how they want the project/commission to look, including either a style, theme, and colors that they may have in mind for the project.

Time Frame

• Depending on the project/commission, the time frame in which a commission may take would be 1-3 weeks or 1 month max.

Rush Projects

• Large Project/commissions that are needed in a rush (1 week or less) will result in an additional fee. The additional fee will be discussed and agreed upon between the designer (me) and the client.

Revisions

• Slight revisions are included within commissions, however major revisions such as scrapping an entire project or completely changing the overall style/theme of a project that has already been accepted will result in an additional fee. Any additional fees will be discussed and agreed upon before the revisions are made.

Cancellations & Refunds

• If a project/commission is cancelled after it has been started or completed, a percentage of the payment will be refunded based on the amount of work that has been completed. The percentage refunded will be discussed and agreed upon between the designer (me) and the client before the cancellation is finalized.

Deliverables

• All project files will be sent through either email or through Google Drive. It is then the client's responsibility to save/download the project files that were provided.
• All project/commissions files are digital files and not physical items.
